About the event
This hike is about 5.5 miles and includes a meditation led by a yoga expert and a warm up workout.
We will also be providing free gift bags to all of our participants.
Transportation will be provided, leaving from BKLYN Commons at 7:30am. If you have your own transportation, we will be meeting at the trail at 9am.
The trail includes various terrain such as rock and some streams to cross, so it is rated moderate.
You will need proper boots, if you don't have hiking boots be sure to request a pair on your registration form.
So far the weather looks perfect for a waterfall hike, but it is still early so we will continue to monitor.
Again, this hike is rated as a moderate hike but you go at your pace, no one will be left behind.

If you have your own transportation, you will receive the address for your GPS upon registration. I recommend getting there early to secure parking, the lot is small.
The location is in Bloomingdale, NJ, less than an hour away from Manhattan.
We will meet on the trail at 9:00 a.m. sharp!
